Financing

Financial arrangements must be made prior to surgery. Our staff will be very helpful in assisting with insurance providers. At the time of surgery, you will pay “your portion” and we will bill the insurance for the remaining balance.

For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We also offer payment plans through our partners, LendingUSA and CareCredit. These arrangements must be set up before arriving for treatment in our clinic.

We accept Medicaid. Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) may sometimes be utilized as well (specific requirements apply).

Please remember that whether you have insurance or not, you are responsible for the cost of your surgery.
